Privacy notice

This notice explains how personal data you share while using muskartech.com is processed, in line with Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”). If the English and Turkish versions differ, the Turkish version applies.

What we process

Information you give us through forms. Through the contact form and the Kontrolvar beta request forms we receive your full name, email address, company name, number of branches, topic and message. Each form shows which fields are required.

Technical logs. The site is served from our hosting provider’s servers. For security and operation, the provider keeps standard server logs such as IP address, browser information and request time.

Visit statistics. We count page views with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies; nothing that identifies you is collected or stored.

Cookies

This site does not use cookies. Visit counts come from the cookieless Cloudflare Web Analytics; there are no advertising or tracking tools, so we do not ask for cookie consent.

  • To answer your request or question, assess your Kontrolvar beta request and contact you about it. Legal ground: processing directly related to a contract you asked for (KVKK Art. 5/2-c) and our legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f).
  • To keep the site secure and running. Legal ground: our legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f).

We do not send marketing messages, so the forms do not ask for separate explicit consent.

Transfers

Form submissions and hosting are provided by our service provider Netlify, Inc. (USA), and visit statistics by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), so your data may be processed on servers outside Türkiye. This transfer is based on the standard contract published by the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board, one of the appropriate safeguards listed in Article 9 of the KVKK. We do not otherwise share or sell your data; it may only be disclosed to public authorities where the law requires it.

Retention

We keep form data for up to 2 years from our last correspondence with you. After that, or once the purpose no longer applies, it is deleted or anonymised. Server logs are deleted automatically within the hosting provider’s own retention periods.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed and to request information about it; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties it is transferred to in Türkiye or abroad; to ask for incomplete or inaccurate data to be corrected; to ask for it to be erased or destroyed under the conditions of the law; to ask that these actions be notified to third parties it was transferred to; to object to a result against you that arises solely from automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

Changes

We may update this notice when needed. The current version is always on this page, and the date at the top shows the last update.
